Assemble the Gladiator JT mirror and mounting base with the screw, metal washer, and spring washer.

Remove the blocking cover and original screw from the original vehicle installation position.

Mount the mounting base to the vehicle with screws, metal washers and spring washers.

Put the ball adapter back in place.
